Watch a movie together in the great room with a 50” flat screen TV from two brand new leather power reclining sofas in front of the stone fireplace or move downstairs for a game of pool beside another stone fireplace while you watch the game or your favorite program on the flat screen TV. There’s plenty of seating in the dining room or out on the deck for special meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen or out on the deluxe 4-burner gas grill. Enjoy plentiful wildlife, including deer traveling through the property just feet from the deck and a variety of birds, including hummingbirds in the summer, feeding inches from the dining room bay window. Bring your dogs along to this pet-friendly cabin to share the view on the gated deck, get exercise in the fenced yard and accompany you on area trails to cascading waterfalls.

BATHS: Three full baths, one on each floor, each with a hair dryer, complimentary toiletries and plenty of towels.
LIVING ROOM: Vaulted ceiling, bright room with skylights, seats six, two new, power reclining leather sofas, stone gas fireplace, 50” flat screen Smart TV with access to Hulu, Netflix, and other online portals, Direct TV with Entertainment and Sports package, over 50 music channels, DVD and VCR with large collection of movies.
DECK: Amazing long-range mountain views, mostly covered, partially uncovered, comfortable cushioned conversation deck furniture set with seating for five, two zero-gravity chaise lounge chairs, picnic table, Deluxe 4-burner gas grill, two ceiling fans, gated.
LOFT: Comfy sofa and chair with reading lamp and sky lights, crate full of books, deluxe queen air bed, breakfast table and chairs with mountain view, writing desk and chair.
DINING ROOM: Large table, seats eight, large bay window.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped with dishwasher, Keurig coffee system, regular coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster, crockpot and popcorn popper.
GAME ROOM: Pool table, game/poker/bumper pool table and chairs, stone gas fireplace, bar with refrigerator and microwave, 32” flat screen TV, many board games.
PATIO: six-person hot tub, swing, rockers.
LAUNDRY ROOM: Washer and dryer, utility tub, iron and ironing board, extra towels.
OUTSIDE: Level and terraced grounds, easy walk to fire pit with view and four comfortable chairs, picnic table, 2-person hammock, 2-person log swing, horse shoes and corn hole.
PETS: Limit two dogs, gated deck, two crates in laundry room, fenced yard. DOGS NOT ALLOWED ON FURNITURE OR TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED IN CABIN, ON DECK/PATIO, OR IN YARD (Dogs need to be left in crates or taken with you when you leave cabin).
GENERAL: Central heat and air, high-speed internet. Beautiful knotty-pine tongue-and-groove interior throughout with hand-crafted solid wood furniture and tasteful mountain décor. Plenty of level parking. Easy access into cabin (only a few steps).
LOCATION: My Mountain RendezView is located in the exclusive My Mountain community - an upscale Mountain-top neighborhood with fully paved roads; easily accessible off main Appalachian Highway Route 76. Only 15 minutes from the charming, historic, downtown Blue Ridge, 10 minutes to Lake Blue Ridge Marina, 20 minutes to Lake Nottely Marina and 20 minutes to Aska Wilderness Area. ACTIVITIES: White water rafting, horseback riding, tubing, fishing, boating, hiking, waterfalls, train rides, wineries, drive-in theater, local festivals, art and music venues, great dining and shopping only a short drive away.
