We had a great stay at Alleys Retreat! The view of the mountains was absolutely stunning and we loved sitting out on the wrap around porch to take in the scenery. There is a lot of space to feel like you have some privacy while also enjoying time with your group and there was ample supplies in the kitchen to cook which was much appreciated! It was also very easy to find this location; our GPS had no problem finding the address to this mountain getaway!

Our family group of six adults and two puppies in our group thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at Blue Ridge Ally's Retreat! The full wrap-around porch is wonderful for meals, roasting marshmallows, naps, board games, and enjoying the amazing mountain views! We also loved that each couple had a completely private bedroom and full bath, each on a separate floor of this three-level cabin. The open living space on the main level, the spacious game room downstairs, the outdoor hot tub, and the firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs offered plenty of space for everyone to find a spot for some quiet time as well as spend lots of quality time together as a family, making memories that we'll treasure forever! ... We also loved the location; very private with excellent mountain views yet a very short drive to the main highway that leads to lots of outdoor activities as well as the beautiful town of Blue Ridge.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Alley's retreat! The cabin had everything we were looking for in a weekend rental. The cabin was impeccably clean and was stocked with everything we needed from coffee to towels. The cabin is also tastefully decorated and is not festooned with the traditional kitschy cabin decor that overwhelms your senses. The cabin was perfect for two kids, ages 4 and 6, with plenty of board and card games, air hockey, a hot tub, and plenty of TVs with available channels to watch movies and cartoons. The added ability to host our furry friends was a huge bonus for our last-minute adventure. With no time to find other arrangements for our pets, having them come with us was one less thing we had to worry about. The adults enjoyed the hot tub as much as the kids and the added ambiance of the gas and wood-burning fireplaces was a nice touch. The views from the master bedroom and porches were the best we have ever had in North Georgia. The cabin is also conveniently located within 20 minutes of food and grocery stores so if you forgot to grab an item it is not an issue to jump in the car to go back to the store. Alley's retreat will be our first choice for future weekend getaways in North Georgia!
